ABOUT ME

I started writing as soon as I was old enough to hit the clattering keys of my parents’ typewriter, and I haven’t stopped since. I’ve been a professional writer for 15 years, working as a content marketer, journalist, fundraising writer, and adjunct English professor.

I primarily write for mental health, higher ed, salon and spa, business, and travel/tourism clients. However, in a decade and a half of professional writing, I’ve written for other industries as well. I’m always looking for projects that spark my curiosity.

I’m a sentient thesaurus. I wordsmith sentences in casual conversation. I’ve been known to spend 30 minutes revising a Facebook post, and I have opinions about clunky sentence structure. I promise to bring the same level of care to your project.
